Let us walk you through the steps involved in securing a brand new garden room from us.
We understand that a garden room is a big investment. That's why our trustworthy and knowledgable team are on hand to guide you from concept through to completion. We're dedicated to working with you to tailor your pod to your individual lifestyle and requirements.

Step 1.
We don’t want to hassle you with lots of visits and consultations. Usually just one survey is all we need to provide you with an accurate quotation, specification and of course your very own 3D render of your vision.
Step 3.
Simply complete an enquiry form or E-mail us on info@podhouse.co.uk. One our team will be in touch to discuss your garden pod vision in more detail.
Step 2.
Pay a £500 holding deposit so we can schedule your installation date. We will ask for 50% payment approx. 6 weeks prior to installation. The balance will be requested upon completion. It take approx. 2-4 weeks to install your garden pod (subject to size).
Step 4.
We're trying to be better.
Timber is a large part of what we do, this is why we make sure that everything from the timber carcassing to the cladding is FSC certified. We're proud of the fact that we use very little plastic. In fact, all of our doors and windows are made from high-quality aluminium which is highly recyclable.
