What happens next.

Let us walk you through each step involved in securing yourself a brand new garden room from Podhouse. Remember, most of our pods are constructed under permitted development guidelines, meaning that planning permission is rarely required. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Step 1.

Check out our fantastic range of pods and decide which finish and size you would like. If you can't find what you are looking for, remember we offer a bespoke service which allows us to tailor a pod to your exact requirements.

Step 3.

At Podhouse we don’t want to hassle you with lots of visits and consultations. Usually just one survey is all we need to provide you with an accurate quotation, specification and of course a 3D render of your pod.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Step 2.

Once you have a feeling for what you would like, send us a message via our website or E-mail us on info@podhouse.co.uk.

One our team will be in touch to discuss your garden pod vision in more detail.

Step 4.

Book your installation date and pay a £500 holding deposit. We ask for 50% payment approx. 6 weeks before we start installation.

We will ask for the balance upon completion of the works. It normally takes us between 1-3 weeks to install your garden pod.
